Ocean Hills was built by Ryland Homes on about 350 acres, with 17 floor plans from roughly 900 to 2,800 square feet, in single-family and attached duplex homes with one- to three-car garages.
The 27,000-square-foot clubhouse anchors the community, along with an 18-hole executive course (par 55), a pool, a spa, a fitness center, tennis, pickleball, bocce, a dog park and RV parking.
Dues on 2026 sales ran $752 to $837 a month and include golf. They vary by sub-association, and some cover roofs, front yards and exterior paint, so I read the budget for the exact home.
