The mission is simple. Take care of the family in front of me like they’re the only client I have. I answer the phone. I show up early. I tell you what I’d do if it were my wife, my brother, my parents. When the deal gets hard, I get more committed, not less. That’s the standard I learned in the Marines, and it’s the one I refuse to lower now that I wear a suit instead of cammies.
The background.
I served in the United States Marine Corps from 2013 to 2023. A full decade. I’ve PCS’d. I’ve bought and sold a home on a VA loan. I know the BAH math, the timeline pressure, the orders that drop on a Tuesday and flip your life by Friday. Husband first. Marine for life. Realtor by calling, because nobody should walk into the biggest purchase of their life without somebody in their corner who’s actually been there.

I specialize in VA loans, PCS moves, and military relocation across Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and the rest of North County San Diego. Active duty, veterans, military families, and anyone who wants a Realtor who will treat them the same way. If you’re getting orders to Camp Pendleton or leaving it, I’m your guy. If you’re a civilian who just wants somebody who’ll give it to you straight, same answer.
