The Park was built in 1986 off North Melrose Drive, with a pool and spa, tennis courts, a fitness room, a clubhouse, a sport court and greenbelts with walking paths. Listings don't mention a gate. Each unit has a detached one-car garage plus one assigned space.
Listings show a one-bedroom, one-bath at 708 square feet, two-bedroom, two-bath plans from 828 to 878 square feet and a three-bedroom, two-bath at 1,116 square feet. Units have laundry hookups inside, and one listing also notes a shared laundry room.
Dues ran $500 to $525 a month on 2026 listings, covering water, hot water, sewer, trash and the grounds. Ask for the current budget and reserve study during escrow.
The VA Condo Report has no record under The Park or Diamond Way. The closest Vista record is Somerset of Vista (ID 003627), listed at Cooper Dr. and Iron Dr. as Accepted Without Conditions in 1987, and it isn't clear that it covers these units.
