How to Narrow It Down

Three things narrow North County down fast:

  1. The gate you'll use most

    The Main Gate by I-5 in Oceanside, or the San Luis Rey Gate on the inland side. A few miles can change your daily drive.

  2. The payment you're comfortable with

    We start from the monthly number, not the list price, and see which areas fit it.

  3. The home and the commute

    A condo, a townhome or a single-family home, the drive to work, and the school district by name.
